 Bring International Rail Back to Ashford!

Reopening international travel at Ashford would open up our area to opportunity. A new report has shown that resuming international rail services from Ashford could boost our local economy in the South East by over £2.7 billion!

The Labour government has pledged its support to the reopening of Ashford International, and if Eurostar won’t step up and resume the service, we should enable another train operator to take it over. On 18th September, the Office for Rail and Road will decide whether to let other train operators run cross-channel services which could stop at Ashford.
