The Selkie Seafood Bar, a brilliant local small business have been forced to remove their tables and chairs from the beach due to the heavy handed enforcement of a ridicuous licensing issue. We the undersigned petition the council to use its discretion in this matter and act for the benefit of the people of Hastings.
